Grand Fiære is located just east of Molde city centre and has a long history of activities such as hotel operations, industry, retail and engineering businesses over the past 150 years. Phase 1 of the project consists of three blocks with 55 apartments, while Phase 2, scheduled to commence in spring 2026, will comprise two blocks with 53 apartments.

The buildings, which connect the city’s two commercial areas, are constructed using sandwich wall elements in coloured concrete, requiring minimal maintenance.
