RVK 60 P, telescopic connection

RVK 60 P stair connection consists of outer and inner tube.

The outer tube is made from 100% recycled PE and made to fit on the outside of the inner tube.

The inner tube will slide inside the outer tube and be pushed out and in to the recess in the wall. The inner tube is pushed out/in mechanically. User-friendly "clips" to place reinforcing bars in the correct position.

Invisible Connections RVK 60 P is supplied in black steel or galvanized.

Capacity 57 kN, minimum landing thickness 170 mm at full capacity, 120 mm with reduced capacity.

IC Box 100 SRU, recess box with soundreduction

IC Box SRU - Sound Reduction Unit.

IC Box 100 SRU is a specially designed product for making recesses in concrete walls, prefabricated or cast in-situ. The product is designed to be used with TSS and RVK.

IC Box 100 SRU provides good tolerances both vertically (40 mm) and horizontally (75 mm). IC Box is produced in durable and recycled PE. The sound reduction unit is made of elastomer and and a steel shims to transfer the load.

IC Box is reinforced with ribs on all sides. This provides good anchoring to the concrete wall.

IC Box 100, recess box

IC Box 100 is a specially designed product for making recesses in concrete walls, prefabricated or cast in-situ. The product is designed to be used with TSS and RVK.

IC Box 100 provides good tolerances both vertically (55 mm) and horizontally (90 mm). IC Box is produced in durable and recycled PE.

IC Box is reinforced with ribs on all sides. This provides good anchoring to the concrete wall.

Recess box for wall. Made of recycled HDPE.

REDiBOX, recess box

REDiBOX is a specially designed product for making recesses in concrete walls with sliding form-works. The product is designed to be used with TSS and RVK.

REDiBOX provides good tolerances both vertically (78 mm) and horizontally (95 mm). REDiBOX is produced in durable HDPE.

REDiBOX is reinforced with ribs on all sides. This provides good anchoring to the concrete wall. On the back of the removable front plate there is an edge that maintains the shape of the box under concrete pressure. This also ensures that the box is tight during casting.

Is made of HDPE.

Can be combined with SRU unit for sound reduction.

Recess box for wall with cover. Made of HDPE. Suitable for slip formwork.

Sustainability has more and more focus in the construction industry. So trying to make our products more sustainable and help the industry become greener is part of our strategy, and the idea for our new models. With the new models, we show that Invisible Connections takes sustainability seriously.

If we take the connection itself, then the outer tube is made of 100% recycled HDPE. When we replace the steel with a recycled HDPE, we reduce the steel consumption by 50%. Our new production line where these connections are produced is automated and we have thus reduced energy consumption.

We use renewable energy at our production facility. Choosing hydropower for our production facility is just one of several measures to reduce our environmental impact. The hydropower we use is produced locally, and provides a clean, flexible and reliable power supply.
